On 24 April, Jeffrey Pagels represented TriSovereign at the Estonia-Ukraine Defence Cooperation Forum, held at the Hyatt Regency in Kyiv.

The event, organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia with support from the Estonian Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, brought together defence companies, procurement officials, and bilateral partners to strengthen the Estonia-Ukraine industrial relationship. A B2B matchmaking session followed, giving participants direct access to Estonian defence companies seeking Ukrainian counterparts, and vice versa.
For TriSovereign, forums like this sit at the core of what we do. Our model is built on connecting validated Ukrainian defence innovation with Western buyers, and the Baltic states are exactly the kind of NATO-aligned procurement market we work with. Estonia has been one of Ukraine’s most committed defence partners since 2022, and per capita one of the most generous in the world. The industrial base that has grown around that commitment is an active and credible buying environment.
Jeff’s attendance gave TriSovereign direct visibility into which Estonian companies are looking to source from Ukraine, and where the procurement gaps are. That intelligence feeds directly into our deal pipeline.
TriSovereign is a UK-incorporated execution partner working at the intersection of Ukrainian defence innovation and Western procurement. We embed into deals rather than simply making introductions. If you are a Ukrainian manufacturer looking for a structured route into Western markets, or a NATO-aligned buyer looking for a compliant path to battle-tested Ukrainian technology, we would be glad to hear from you.
