Tri-Sovereign is an independent defence integration and advisory firm based in the United Kingdom. We operate at the intersection of Ukrainian battlefield innovation, EU/NATO-grade manufacturing, and secure UK governance. Our mission is to help trusted partners convert proven concepts into compliant and scalable capabilities.
As a firm deeply embedded in the defence sector, we recognize that our mission is only possible because of the dedication and sacrifice of those who serve. Tri-Sovereign is a proud signatory of the UK Armed Forces Covenant, and we are committed to ensuring that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated with fairness and respect.
Our Core Principles
We value the contribution that serving personnel, both regular and reservists, veterans, and military families make to our business and our country. We will endeavour to uphold the key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant:
Special Consideration: In some circumstances, special treatment may be appropriate, especially for those who have given most, such as the injured or bereaved.
No Disadvantage: No member of the Armed Forces Community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen.
