TriSovereign’s work in Ukraine has always been grounded in practical action. Alongside our defence and innovation work, we’ve now formalised something we’ve been doing informally for some time: coordinating the sourcing and delivery of essential supplies to frontline defenders, military personnel, and communities directly affected by the war.

This is not a fundraising initiative. We don’t manage public donations. Our role is operational.
How it works
Requests for support come in through a dedicated form on our website. Every submission goes through an initial review by our team, who assess legitimacy, urgency, and feasibility. Verified requests are then passed to our established NGO partners and field organisations for additional validation and potential fulfilment.
That layered process matters. Humanitarian goods in a warzone are a target for fraud and misdirection. The extra steps exist to protect the people we’re trying to help and the organisations putting resources on the ground.
What we ask from applicants
If you’re submitting a request, come prepared. Our team will want full unit or organisation details, the name and role of the responsible contact, verifiable contact information, proof of affiliation, a clear description of what’s needed, quantities, delivery location, and the operational context. The more complete your submission, the faster it moves.
Urgency level matters too. Tell us where this sits.
What we can and can’t promise
Every verified request is treated seriously and stays on file. But fulfilment depends on partner capacity, logistics, and current operational priorities, so we can’t guarantee outcomes for every case. What we can guarantee is that nothing legitimate gets ignored. If we can’t help now, the submission stays documented and may be reconsidered as circumstances change.
Why this sits within TriSovereign
As a UK-registered business operating directly from Kyiv and a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant, the decision to formalise this coordination work was straightforward. We have the networks, the verification capacity, and the on-the-ground presence to do it responsibly. That combination is rarer than it should be.
If you or your organisation needs to submit a request, or if you represent an NGO or field organisation interested in becoming a fulfilment partner, you can reach us at info@tri-sovereign.co.uk or submit directly through the request form on our website.
