Your IP is held and protected under UK and EU jurisdiction throughout the process. TriSovereign can act as IP custodian, ensuring your technology remains legally ring-fenced and cannot be transferred, replicated, or exploited without your authorisation.

What compliance standards do you operate under?

We operate to DEF STAN 05-138, Cyber Essentials Plus, NATO codification standards, and UK export control legislation (ECJU). Our Croatian manufacturing partners hold the relevant EU licences for dual-use and defence production.
