TriSovereign is led by a small, hands-on team working across the UK, Ukraine and Croatia. We combine frontline operational experience, defence engineering, export-control expertise and UK governance so that projects can move quickly without losing control of risk, security or compliance.
Our people include:
Leadership & Governance (UK)
Our UK-based leadership team is responsible for strategy, governance and investor relations. They ensure our work aligns with UK company law, MOD and DEF STAN expectations, and that every engagement is documented, auditable and contractually robust.
Ukraine Operations & Testing
Our Ukraine-based specialists work directly with manufacturers, innovators, test ranges and training centres. Many have operational or deep technical backgrounds, allowing us to design realistic trials, gather credible feedback and protect both our clients and local partners.
Croatia Manufacturing & Engineering
Our Croatian facilities bring EU/NATO-standard manufacturing and precision engineering expertise. They focus on industrialisation, quality assurance, traceability and export-control compliant production for components, sub-assemblies and full systems.
Security, Compliance & Export Control
We maintain a strong focus on cyber security, data protection and export-control compliance. The team works to align our internal processes with DEF STAN 05-138 and relevant UK/EU requirements, ensuring that sensitive information and defence-related work are handled appropriately.
Advisory Network
