Supporting Reservists We respect the dual commitment that reservists carry. Where an employee or contractor serves as a reservist, we will accommodate their training obligations and, where mobilisation is required, we will handle that with understanding and flexibility.
Fair Deal on Services We understand that Armed Forces life often means frequent moves, postings overseas, and circumstances that are anything but predictable. We are committed to ensuring that members of the Armed Forces community receive fair, flexible access to our services, without penalties for the things that are outside their control.
Supporting Veteran-Owned Businesses Veterans, service spouses, and reservists who run their own businesses bring exceptional talent and hard-won experience. We actively seek to include Armed Forces community-owned businesses in our procurement and supply chain processes, and will give them fair and genuine consideration when they meet the criteria for our contracts.
